Advanced Mat Pilates Program

Learn to teach up to advanced-level clients on the Mat.

The Advanced Mat Pilates Training Program is a 9 hour course that is a shortened version of the Advanced Mat Training course. You will learn the advanced exercises that will challenge the most experienced students, as well as modifications for special populations. All exercises are covered in depth, however you are required to log a minimum of 7 additional hours after the training. These 7 hours should include: self practice, studio observation, practice teaching, and workouts. By the end of the weekend, you will be a fully certified Classical Pilates Education Mat instructor.
